Terms of Service

1. Service provider and scope

OpenRun is a service operated under the brand ZarazWSieci, NIP 5671938865, Poland. For questions about OpenRun or these terms, write to [email protected].

These terms cover the OpenRun website and any OpenRun workspace functionality made available to you. They do not cover separate website-building, advertising or SEO services offered under the ZarazWSieci brand. Particular paid services, if offered, may also have terms agreed with the customer before purchase.

2. Accounts and access

Where an OpenRun feature requires an account, provide accurate information and protect your sign-in details. Do not share access with someone who is not authorized to use your workspace. Please contact us if you notice suspicious activity or believe someone has accessed your account without permission.

You are responsible for activity carried out by people you authorize to use your account or workspace, subject to applicable law.

3. Connecting services and infrastructure

Connect only accounts, applications, servers, databases and other resources that you own or have permission to manage. Before approving a connection, check the permissions requested by the relevant provider.

External services have their own terms, policies, costs and technical limitations. Their availability, APIs and permissions may change independently of OpenRun. Where the feature allows it, you may disconnect a service from OpenRun; you can also revoke access in the external provider's account settings.

4. Acceptable use

Use OpenRun lawfully and for its intended purpose. In particular, do not use it to access someone else's resources without permission, spread malware or spam, overload systems, bypass security measures, extract other users' data or interfere with the service.

We may temporarily limit or suspend access when necessary to protect the service, investigate abuse or comply with the law. Any such action will be proportionate to the situation and subject to applicable customer rights.

5. Your data and materials

You remain responsible for the content, files, configurations and information that you add or make available through connected services. You must have the rights and permissions needed to use them, including where they relate to other people or organizations.

Connecting data to OpenRun does not transfer ownership of that data to the operator. Information is used to provide the functionality you choose, as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Service operation and changes

We may fix, update, improve or withdraw features to keep OpenRun secure and useful. Temporary interruptions can occur because of maintenance, technical faults or external providers. Where changes materially affect contracted services, the applicable agreement and mandatory legal rights continue to apply.

Any fees, subscription periods, cancellation rules or other purchasing conditions must be presented before a paid order is placed. Visiting this landing page does not itself create a paid subscription.

7. Security and backups

Keep secure copies of important files and settings outside OpenRun. Protect the devices and accounts you use to access the workspace, check the scope of integration permissions and remove access that you no longer need.

Please report suspected security issues to [email protected] so we can review them.

8. Responsibility and external systems

OpenRun may display information received from third-party systems. The accuracy and availability of that information may depend on the source. Please verify important information before making operational, security or business decisions.

To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not responsible for problems caused solely by unauthorized customer actions, incorrect permissions, the user's own data or independent failures of external services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricts mandatory consumer rights.

9. Ending your use of OpenRun

You may stop using the public website at any time. If you no longer want a service connected to your workspace, remove the integration where that option is available and revoke the authorization with the original provider. Questions about account closure and personal data can be sent to [email protected].

10. Personal information

Information about personal data, cookies, external processors and your privacy rights is available in the Privacy Policy. Please do not submit passwords or sensitive information in ordinary support emails.

11. Changes to these terms and contact

These terms may be updated when OpenRun changes or legal requirements change. The current version will be published on this page. Material changes will be communicated where the law or an applicable agreement requires it.

For questions, contact [email protected]. These terms are subject to applicable law, including any mandatory protections that apply to users and consumers.
